You should have good common sense and a desire for challenges. Analytical thinking skills, a degree in engineering or industrial engineering will increase your chances. But also career changers are welcome, since we value new perspectives!
In addition, we often look for students as interns or working students and award interesting bachelor or master theses within the scope of production and logistics projects.
